Project Process from Start to Finish

After one of our design team goes through your project with you and discusses your requirements, We will then issue you with a quote for your project with all your requirements in mind.

After the initial quote is received the next step is to get 3D designs drawn up for your project. These are 3D renders and as such should never be taken as exact color or finish as the Luster and vibrances of natural wood and paint colours cannot be emulated 100%. When designing your kitchen we take a lot of factors into account. These include aspect of the room, natural lighting at different times of the day, flow of space from doors of rooms adjoining, flow of the working areas in the kitchen itself to mention just a few. We may also make suggestions for moving doors slightly along the run of walls and making slight adjustments to heights and widths of windows to make the most of views from your seating areas and spaces in the kitchen. We will always bear in mind the impact these changes may have on planning and visual impact on the outside of the house. The earlier you get your kitchen or project designed the easier these changes can be incorporated into the build.

OBH Kitchens will liaise with other trades e.g electricians and plumbers not directly controlled by OBH during the project. But it is the client’s responsibility to make sure that the work is carried out to the measurements and dimensions supplied in the plumbing and wiring drawings.

Your kitchen will be made to the highest standard using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.
We breakdown payments for kitchen into 3 instalments. 1st 60% deposit before manufacture ( once funds are cleared we start manufacturing). 2nd 30% due 2 weeks before the agreed fitting date with OBH. 3rd 10% due on completion of project. All appliances and accessories must be paid for in full before ordering as they are special order items.
